That roll of film was from early summer. I took a few random pictures at the end just to finish it up!

After reading your page, I can understand your frustration at not being able to meet your h2g2 friends. I was tremendously lucky to get a surprise in the way of my tax return this year, so I made it to the London meet. It was so wonderful! But it almost makes it worse to realize I'll probably never see any of those great people again. *sigh*

That's why I'm going to watch the planning for the Pennsylvania meet very closely... If you read my newest journal (and it sounds like you have?) then I think you'll see (did see?) that I'm waiting to broach the topic of meets with my husband... I may be able to talk him into one meet (maybe into one a year? That would be wonderful...) especially if I can point out that someone I've known forever (h2g2 forever--IRL, only 4 months!) will be there... And like I said, there's a possibility that 2legs will be able to fly over, and Light said she definately will, she just doesn't know when, because she just started her new job... I should try harder to meet people here in the US, and especially people in the same time zone, but whenever I start getting to know someone, about 80% (or more) of the time, they turn out to be in the UK... (Amy the Ant keeps saying that I belong Northern England) At least there's a few NYC researchers...

I really enjoyed your wedding pictures, BTW. I'm getting married in July, so I've been very interested in seeing how other brides dress and what they've done.
