Welcome, welcome, welcome!!!
I'm an <./>ACE</.>.......it stands for something, Ah yes, that's it Assistant Community Editor!
I'm here to help you round the magical maze of h2g2 (fondly known by researchers as hootoo), and to help start you off, I've created a little list of links, just for you, so click here A1159210 and have a look at them when you have time.
If you click on each link, they will take you to parts of hootoo so sane person should ever go.....
......but seems as no-one here is sane, it doesn't matter does it!
Have a look around, and don't be afraid to jump in on conversations, hootooers don't bite (well, some of them do, but I'll steer you well clear of those )
Remember, if you get lost, just keep turning left and you'll eventually get back to the beginning. Failing that, just click on MY SPACE on the left hand side of your screen and you'll get back to your personal space.
Remember, I'm here to help.

Helloo, my own personal ace VV. When I looked at your space, I was a bit confused at first by your initials displayed in the corner. Nothing personal, mind you, but I thought they were a set of boobs! . Anyway, athough I didn't really plan on writing when I first planted myself in my lovely space, I have an idea and since I am new and clueless I thought I would run it past you. Being the the process of having a total mental breakdown, I am about to be taking a leave of absence from my job before they fire me, and in fact have already put in for the time off. During my leave of absence, I will be undergoing intensive outpatient therapy for 3 hours a day, plus "homework". I'll be doing this for at least four weeks. I am thinking about writing about this experience as I go thru it. They will also be adjusting with my meds during that time, and God only knows what will become of my job in the meantime. Nevertheless, I suspect I am in for either a life changing (and possibly life-saving)experience, or a very disappointing one in which I end up on either permanent disability or dead. It should be an interesting, soul searching, frightening, and extremely gut-wrenching road either way. Iwas wondering what you thought of this idea - if it is feasable or too marcabe, and if it is feasable, would it be best handled as a guide entry - save up the pieces and submit them all at once, or as a daily journal in my personal space? My therapy will begin on March 29th. What a long, strange trip it may turn out to be!

My word! You do have something to deal with there don't you!
My advice is this. If you want to share this with the world, my suggestion would be to do something through <./>thepost</.> This comes out on a Thursday and there is usually a link to it on the front page.
I wish you well through your illness and if you do want to just "chat" then please feel free
I'm having internet access problems at the moment so most probably won't be on line when you reply, but please do and I'll get back to you as soon as I can

Hello, my honourable Ace!
Whoa, I'm not sure I wanna go quite THAT public as to go into the Post. Nor am I certain the subject matter is quite that worthy. Could you give me more info on how that would work? I need to give this some thought. (Oh great! Now that means I gotta find my brain again.... dust it off ...) I am quite confused, , as usual.

Then I suppose you could do a journal entry, but as you don't have anyone on your friends list, then it may be the case that no-one will read it.
The other option is to <./>askh2g2</.> You could keep a running commentary on how things are progressing.
I do think the post would be a good idea...if you go to <./>thepost</.> you will see a link to Shazz if you go to her personal space, you will see an e-mail address to speak to her.
Perhaps she would be the best person to talk to about that.....

The reason I don't have any friends on my friends list is because I DON'T HAVE ANY FRIENDS! The same is true in real life, whatever that may be. I do not make friends or keep them. I do not have a single friend in the world in real life OR in cyberspace. More trouble than it's worth. More trouble than I'm worth.
So no one will read it. Maybe it is not read to be by anyone. Maybe it it not meant to be at all, just like me.

I'm a friend
If you give this place a chance and have a look around, you'll soon make some good friends yourself too!
Oh, btw....once you post, you can't edit! There have been some highly embarrassing posts made where people haven't realised they made a mistake!
Once a friend of mine wanted to post and instead typed ....... as you can imagine, we !!!!!!
