Home on Holiday!
Posted May 13, 2004
Feel guilty for being sent home sick and then having two days holiday. Have no idea why I chose two days in the nearly middle of May. Knitting more, though getting fed up with the v-neck. Might make teddies, have two people to make teddies for, my new baby cousin Holly, and James - me boyfs wee boy. Must make holly something. New baby. Might do a shawl and a teddy. With nice silk yarn. Then again might not. Will finish v neck first.

Home Sick!
Posted May 10, 2004
Got into work today and found out I was ill. Shooting pains across my forehead, couldn't keep my eyes open. An hour later after I helped out a bit I decided to come home. Went for a sleep and then went to docs. Gave me some nasal spray, it's mingy stuff. Can taste it all the way down the back of my throat. Back on wednesday, day off tomorrow. Keep having to remind them.
Been sleeping all day, will try to do some knitting. Am determind to finish something! Perhaps I should get a sock kit?

My Week
Posted Mar 6, 2004
Well, it wasn't really that bad, going back to work. I was'nt really going back to 'work' work, as I was training. But back to the real thing tomorrow. Pants.
Still lifes not all bad. Went to see 'Along came Polly.' Wasn't bad at all. Quite funny really. Lost my bank card. Which is pants. Got jiggy with boyf, which is not pants but involves such.
And thus goes my week. Quiet one really.

Back to work tomorrow - does any one have any tips?
Posted Feb 29, 2004
I have just spent a week in Paris and have to go back to work. Are there any tips anyone can give me to make the transition from holiday to work more easier? I'm in shock at the prospect. God I don't want to go. Wish I was still in Paris, eating croissants, drinking hot chocolate, and watching the world go by. Still, I suppose it's a concolation that if I didn't work, I wouldn't have made it to Paris. And if I don't work, I won't make it back. It's the eternal struggle of having to do what you don't want, to do what you do. Does that make sense?
On a more serious note, My boyfriends having dreams about Sarah Michelle Geller. Obviously she's found him irrisistable and has left
Freddy Prince Jr for him and his glamourous work in the DVD department at the local Megastore. Should I be jealous or worried? I'm fairly relaxed about it.
Any notes or thoughts on either subject and I'll be chuffed.
Cheers!
