Yep, the American style is the one's you get in McDonalds and have a 'Cakey' style to them English/French style are 'Crepes' If that's any help

The crepes
All you need is milk, flour and eggs, made into a thin batter and a REALLY (underline underline underline) hot frying pan with inly a dribble of oil in it. put a small amount in the pan and run it around the pan until the bottom is covered in batter cook for a minute or so then flip over and cook the other side.
Rev Nick says Sorry but his works computer's playing up, he can't access his emails OR h2g2, he'll try to get something through to you, but he says to say he's not ingnoring you, he thinks the Canadian AF haven't paid the bill
