I want to make pancakes actually, but I can't seem to ever get them right...

American style or English/French style?

You mean there's more than one way of making them...?

Yep, the American style is the one's you get in McDonalds and have a 'Cakey' style to them English/French style are 'Crepes' If that's any help

Which are easier to make?

The crepes
All you need is milk, flour and eggs, made into a thin batter and a REALLY (underline underline underline) hot frying pan with inly a dribble of oil in it. put a small amount in the pan and run it around the pan until the bottom is covered in batter cook for a minute or so then flip over and cook the other side.
