I've done it again. Bought a shiny new laptop, took it on a business trip and *had* to check into h2, *thought* I'd memorized my login name after the fiasco a year-and-a-half ago or so, and 
the caps escaped me. Repeatedly. 
So now, after three thwarted efforts I'm out, and am hoping that you'll please have the kindness to forward my request to re-open my original account U150392 to the appropriate minion who works that magic so I can reinfest my ancestral home on h2g2 
, rather than having to set up housekeeping in an arid, new space.
My at-home PC remembers me, the email and password are still the same, and any assistance you could offer would be greatly appreciated!
