Login problems can be dealt with by email by mailing h2g2.support at bbc.co.uk with all the details relevant to your problem.

They may be busy at the moment, so give them a chance to respond. That really is the best address to email, as you wouldn't want to give your login details on site.

Mark that down as a total misread. They are an h2g2 person after all (it's up to you to decide what I thought/didn't think), so h2g2.support are the appropiate people to talk to.
