I hope that your son is now back home and that he has managed to get the washing line fixed for you.

I have been out with my in-laws to a 70th birthday celebratin meal, in a country pub - very nice too.

It's tomorrow now - if you know what I mean, (lol). I came on here to send some of tonight's photos by email - and couldn't resist checking the boards.

I'm sorry I haven't replied sooner, I'm still not sure what I'm doing. The only way I can get on this site is to click on a message! I've just found this one, about thirty places down my discussions.

I enjoyed the thread about the WI ladies. We both appear to be ignorant about some of the things.....it shows our age doesn't it? I got by quite happily, didn't you?

It's a quiet day for me today. My son who lives near by came yesterday, and I expect I will get a phone call from my other one some time today.

I will hear from them both on Tuesday, they both remember the saddest day of our lives.

I hope you are OK. I have seen some of your messages, and I keep adding my bit, if it's anything I fancy, but I avoid any that are too personal, or argumentative.

I found your post yesterday but I had too many 'callers in' to be able to post a reply, so here goes.

I must admit that it's not easy to find my way around on here!! I am using a tip given to me by Aloysia, she said to go to someone's messages and leave a comment there for them to find - that's what I did on yours!!

Aloysia was great on the SCD boards because she ran a thread for 'Newbies' and you could find the answer to almost anything to do with the SCD boards - on there. It must have been a lot of work for her though.

I have noticed your posts once or twice on the POV boards, but you are right - some of them get a bit 'heated' I think.

I hope that you have now seen your sons and grandchildren and are feeling a bit more chirpy.

I am spending time today trying to get video clips on to DVD - I am determined to get there, eventually
