Outside is OK, and smoking sections in restaurants. Bars too.

Hehe, you put anything near the fire and then bring it out again and it smokes. We were doing this all weekend. Dibs' head looks awesome when it's smoking, but when we're drying little people's sleeping bags it sucks cause they smoke SO MUCH!!
