welcome floydian,from 1 floyd to another.i aint been on here long.aint got a clue really,a friend done my homepage for me,but as they say practice makes perfect. so why the name?

Dear Mr Floyd,

I thank you for the warm welcome.
This is all somewhat overwhelming because I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing. Still exploring things.

The name I have adopted was a spur of the moment idea because I wanted to contribute to a conversational thread on Pink Floyd "Summer" songs.
In order to join in I had to subscribe and after many "smart-arsed" attempts, the name "Floydian" was accepted.
As a life-long afficionado of Pink Floyd, I'm perfectly comfortable with this nomenclature.

well im new to this h2g2.but welcome to the machine and i hope you shine on you crazy diamond. look on the sunny side of life, not the dark side of the moon,im a builder thats why im rebuilding the wall ((got any spare bricks))it was either pink floyd or the wurzels.other names in the hat included jilted john,sweet,the nolans,(shane ritchie)i mean lionel,5 star,agadoo,the birdy song,grandma,grandma ma we love you,my my embarrasment forbids me to disclose further revelations about my music collecection gx
