Good news! Remember I told you about this hilarious radio comedy show. Well, a new series begins this Monday May 22, at 6.30pm BST (GMT +1). Perhaps you can hear it on the internet?
It's usually repeated the following Sunday just after 12.00 noon.
I can't wait!

I'm afraid I'll have to. Sunday sounds a better bet, otherwise I'd have to listen to it at 5 am. And while I do find a number of shows more palatable late at night, something that late might send me into apoplectic fits of rapture!

Ok, I know I may be about to suggest something very stupid - but can't you record from the internet like you can on a radio-cassette player?

A marvellous idea, but not one I believe has come to fruition. At least not if you mean program-recording like with a VCR. Even if you purchase a heap of stuff you'd probably still have to do it manually.

I'm surprised!
I don't supposed it's the sort of programme broadcast on the World Service, is it?

The first programme was quite good. I'm sure it will get even better. I really hope you manage to catch it next Sunday (just after 1.00pm British Summer time, which I probably mentioned before).

So two things I have to catch on Sunday: Haven't A Clue and Newsradio: the final season. Won't be the same without Phil Hartman though...

I've just thought - if you don't like it, I'll feel awful.
I'll be 'tuning in' to this thread next Monday with with some trepidation!

Well, 6:30 pm London time came and went, as did 5:30 am NZ time. The warm avuncular tones of the Radio 4 newscaster on Realplayer were replaced by the cool authoritative sound of a voiceover saying "This is BBC Radio. We regret we are unable to webcast the scheduled programme."
Seems the Beeb doesn't have the rights to webcast a full radio service.
Still, I got to listen to a bit of Radio One while waiting and that was fun, if a little more congested than Four.

I feel gutted for you!
I'm doing my Pooh impersonation now, thinking very, very hard how you can tune in to this fine show.
I think I need some honey...
