Coely, I din't even tell the kids it was my birthday, or put any of the 3 cards I'd been sent on display. I'm like Peg Bundy from "Married With Children" and cry every time it's my birthday!

Why, only a couple of days before I hit (kicking and screaming) 43, I lurked over to the latest internet "Lexx" fan survey results to find that I'm the oldest fan *sob*. There I am, at the top, in a box for pre-1960 fans, all by myself! *sniff* The next oldest, starts at 1963!!! Unless, of course *she says, trying to cheer herself up* everyone else was lying about their ages...

Gwennie. Of course everyone is lying about there age! Go back and register yourself as 10 years younger immediately! There are an awful lot of 'silver surfers' out there but I'm sure they keep quiet about it. We are far too honest.

So, I have this theory about age (and I'll put my hands up here, I don't thing it's that original, at least not the first bit) and it goes like this....ahem:
1in your head you're the age at which you had the most fun (I'm about 7 usually)
2when you die and go to heaven (which we all will, of course) you are the age at which you had the most fun in appearance, but you have all your knowledge & experiences from your (hopefully long) life
3when you're surfing/posting you're the same age as in 1 and 2 above
So... that's my theory anyway.

Somebody please try telling my body that I'm only in my early 30's then?
