I saw a previous wistful entry from you discussing your childhood(?) there. Ickenham is where I live - two kids, two cats and I bet it hasn't changed much from how you saw it.

I'm new to h2g2 so I can't send you a picture of Ickenham yet as I don't know how.

How new are you to hootoo and how are you finding it?

I was born and grew up in to live in Copthall Road West (just of Breakspear Rd, before the railway bridge), attended Breakspear Primary School and spent many a drunken night of my miss-spent youth in the Coach & Horses (Is it still there?).

I don't remember mentioning Ickenham anywhere so it must have been quite an old posting that you read.

Unfortunately, you won't be able to send me a postcard of Ickenham on hootoo unless you store it off-line somewhere and post a link to it in a Guide Entry on your home page. Of course, if you're willing, we could always exchange Email addresses...
