John didn't like last night's episode of Andromeda because he found it too "religious" in nature and I suppose he's right, although I was able to "switch off" and just enjoy the story. *Vacant grin*

I've been watching Farscape on the Sci-Fi channel from the pilot episode and there have been snogs between various cast members/guests in abundance...Which one were you referring to? Surely not the time when Creighton snogs Rigel?

I'm certain that things will pick up on the letch-worthy front on Andromeda. I was disappointed that Tyr didn't get it on last night though as I was looking forward to seeing him with his kit off again!

The kids are back to school tomorrow and they're not too pleased about it. Mair is sulking because I've curtailed her Internet time (in bed by 11 pm, homework has to be finished before she paints, draws, goes on the Internet, play on her games consuls or watches videos). If looks could kill, I'd be 6' under right now!

I'm still hoping for Tyr to boff Beka... that would be great!

Mair is lucky she's allowed up that late... at her age we had lights out at 9pm!!! (and that with prep until 8pm, or later if we took it up to the dorm!)

That was in public school, wasn't it? If I my circumstances had been different, Mair might have found herself in a public school. However, by the time I'd developed a bond with her and had to leave her with a child minder for over eight hours a day, I soon changed my mind.

I've recently exchanged Emails with Caerwynn (http://www.bbc.co.uk/h2g2/guide/U179388) who says that she was an "army brat" and went to a public school as her dad was in the army. In fact, she's also a Sci-Fi fan...

No1 son got back from his extended holiday in Florida this morning, so been catching up and looking at photos.

He came back with a guitar, so now 7 in the house! No2 son is now teaching him some rudimentary stuff, but do they have to have the amps so loud??!!

I am supposed to be making sabdwiches and as the last posting was a couple of hours ago, I expect you gals are off doing the lunch thing too!

It is now called the Royal High School, in Bath. It wasn't bad, I just didn't want to be there!

I was at The Red Maids' School in Bristol. Also, not bad, bit archaic... but I didn't want to be their either.ho hum

So, when were you there? We were neighbours!! I still give my parents grief about it.... but what the heck, they thought it was for the best.
