In the States, most people receive internet access by paying a monthly fee - no extra charges to stay on as long as you want. Do other countries not have this option?

Blue, have you thought of majoring in e-law. It would seem to suit your character; you could also be somewhat of a pioneer (and makes lots of moolah to boot)
