It seems that I am on more than one of those pictures. Shame I can't think of a good caption to go with any I'm on smiley - sadface

It all looks good to me smiley - cool I can only spot one typo - in The Garden section you put "Have a drink or two (or more), enjoy the sunshine, minge with the other" I think you want to change minge to mingle smiley - winkeye

From what I can see it does all seem to be working. The best person to get to check is Amy t'smiley - ant if she has some time. I've never tried those tags but as I say it looks fine as far as I can tell.

After fascinatedly having watched you inject your insulin (I hope that wasn't too impertinent?) I think you might be well suited to reply to this new user's question:

smiley - hugI had to give you a hug, I think you're great smiley - biggrin

No problems about being fascinated by what I was doing. I realise that doing a blood test and injection is something that most people don't see so I have no problems explaining it to people smiley - smiley

Glad to hear that you had a good time in London, it was fun I thoughtsmiley - hug

I'm currently on a low-carb diet for weight as well as health reasons, and have found some interesting articles when following LCHF (Low Carb High Fat) blogs. Here's a study that was conducted at a Swedish hospital that I thought you might find interesting.

'Low-carbohydrate diet in type 2 diabetes: stable improvement of bodyweight and glycemic control during 44 months follow-up'
