Hmm
well I average 4 hours a night and have since I was about 9.
Do you think I'd have been full professor instead of lowly Phd if I'd got more sleep and eaten my greens VB?

Well I'm stuck in a paradox. I wake up at around 12, and because of this I am unable to get to sleep until 3. And because I go to sleep so late I am unable to wake up any earier.

my paradox is I cant sleep so I stay up late until I collapse from being tired then I wake up late but the next night I still cant sleep..... etc....... etc maybe the lack of sleep is whats driving me mad

I know in my own experience that the more stress I am under the less sleep I get and a downward spiral can ensue. I think that sometimes taking a positive step when dealing with stuff by getting a good night's sleep can make a big difference. If I can't get to sleep I try and stay awake: sleep normally follows very quickly - but that may be just me!

This journal entry was supposed to just be me sorting some questions out and was meant to be deleted. It was just random thoughts. Sorry if that wasn't clear at the beginning.
