Sorry sweetheart, I am still grieving for my Mum.. the first anniversary is next week.. and something was said tonight that made me realise that I need to grieve and not hang on to those who couldn't careless about me.

I am sorry friend...I know that grieving is needed,but I am always sure that as you loved her,that you have a wonderful storehouse of memories of the times that you had together,and that those memories will bring you lasting happiness..you'll be okay,and it just may have been time to "clear the cobwebs"....

Haven't had a temper spell in 5,6 days...I have felt the urge,but havent followed through--ok almost did this morning,but fairly calm..less groggy too,but expect to be loopy as meds are increased....I had an absorbtion rate test this morning...results on Friday,along with cholesterol,STD,and HGH levels...again will see...

HGH?.. Don't think I have heard of that one...

Human Growth Hormone---I have a somewhat visible case of facial acne,and also a history of urological problems--so...I hope the guy is looking for air here
