Good---I may be a bit choppy as far as contacting you folks over the next week or so--I am seeing a shrink tomorrow and expect to be back on meds this weekend--I may be high as a proverbial kite!!!--but it is for the best,I know.

Hello Dear, just saying hello before I head off to eat dinner,I hope the day went reasonably well for you...I hope you felt a bit better today,and I also want to tell you I am okay...may not be talking to the group tomorrow,will have to see how meds are affecting my ability to function..but will be careful and safe. Promise.
