Would you be interested in my "Conversations with Nan" I'm told they are quite funny
Here's an example of what I mean.
Nan: I want you to make me a nice card please
Me: Sure whats it for?
Nan: Birthday
Me: ok what sort of thing would you like, floral, cute, vintage and what colours?
Nan:Well what colours do you like?
Me: Well it doesn't matter what colours I like does it? It matters what colours the person it's for likes
Nan: Well the card is for you Debbie, so what would you like?
Me: (Speachless)

Hi, there. That's funny. Is Nan a child? How old is she?

Ooh, that's great! It might be good if you'd put in a short intro to that effect.
If you're studying GuideML, you do that with < PULLQUOTE >.

, lil. And I'll bet you're the best Nana...
I just meant that we probably need to say that - because, oddly, in the US, Nan is an old-fashioned girl's name, and we call our grandmothers all sorts of things: Granny, Grandma, Gramma, Gran, Mawmaw, Oma, etc.
I called one of m ine 'Babe', but everybody called her that...

oo, never knew that about the USA, not tending to use/know the 'title' 'nan', is just so common here... although my Nan prefered being called 'The warlock", but she was odd like that...

possibly..... or I've just created a slightly more surreal version of her, now, than was the case ... merely for artistic purposes of course, and for my great pomme de terre, my magnificent octapus, which is to be the book, of a tale, of eels, buckets, and the deepest darkest depths of Suffolk mr marshs, in the fens, with some hot gipsys thrown in, for good measure...
