Should we, perhaps, band together and come up with a good proposal that will blast through the UN? Maybe one of those sneaky ones where it does more than the people voting on it realize at first glance?

There's already a nationstates issue on the legalities of gambling -- it's the one where you can eliminate gambling altogether or choose to eliminate age limits on gambling.
Legalizing prostitution, now, there's another thing.....
Or maybe an international lottery of sorts?
