Going batty!

I really have got 'bats in the belfry'!smiley - bigeyes They're living under the eaves of my house.

I've been outside this evening trying to identify them, but all I've identified is that they fly very fast.smiley - winkeye I don't think they're long-eared bats though (as far as I can see!), so that really leaves pipistrelles or possibly one of the less common varieties of British bats.

I could hear them squeaking away in their roost, before flying out one by one, and swooping around me. Must get onto the local bat society and get them to identify them.

Woo Hoo!

smiley - smileyMy article on Seasonal Affective Disorder has been approved.smiley - smiley

I was going to proclaim the excitement of my first approved guide entry, but have just found that I (apparently) contributed to another one which was approved the previous day! That's h2g2... always one step ahead of you.smiley - bigeyes

But I do now feel inspired to finish that other rather interesting piece I started on a few weeks back. I think it's got the same kind of 'approvable' quality that I felt SAD had.smiley - smiley
