Okay!! So. Your sat there with your mate, it's a Saturday night and there's nothing to do or watch. He or she have never watched Buffy before, and you have enough time to watch 3 episodes, but you want your mate to be impressed....WHAT THREE DO YOU SHOW HIM OR HER?
1. Hush - It's not an award winner for nothing.
2. The Body - Powerful, and just superb acting.
3. OMWF - Because it's the best, and the first episode I showed my girlfriend
Now I know it's a hard one, but hey, you guys should know me by now, always with the hard questions!!

For my conversion I would use: 1) The Body because it has some of the best acting I've ever seen
2) Conversations With Dead People just because it is beautiful and powerful, especially Buffy's conversations with Holden Webb (the vampire)
3) The Gift because it is in my opinion the best episode of Buffy, it has it all. Every character is given something meaningful to do and they all act their socks off.

OMWF
Tabula Rasa

1. Hush - scary, can be watched indepently of other episodes and still enjoyed - the postmodern elements that make up Buffy don;t have to be a appreciated in the same way.
2. Who Are You - I just love it, it's funnny clever, big Awww factor. Bit of a strange choice I know.
3. Once More With Feeling. OK you have to be really broadminded but it is a classic and pretty unique!
