The Superhoodie reveal is one of my favourite bits of TV in a long time: I really didn't see it coming and Simon and Alesha absolutely killed those scenes. I loved how fairytale it was with Alesha as a princess exploring his lair and then seeing him (incidentally smiley - drool. This is closely followed by Nathan's flashforward to him dressed in a cape and mask, standing on the roof: loved seeing how that came to pass.

Kelly is also superb, particularly in the King Kong episode.

I agree about the smiley - drool. I was already feeling a bit feverish when I got to that bit... Blimey. smiley - blush

The whole cast is great, the dialogue has real wit, and it's one of those rare shows with a supernatural aspect where I manage to suspend my disbelief. The locations help, being so real and simple and banal. There's such attention to detail, even when it doesn't look like that on the surface. (That computer game guy - he even moved like an on-screen character.)

Is series 3 on at the moment? I'll have to get hold of that when I can.

I really want to go to the community centre: even though it's supposed to be grotty it looks lovely in some of the scenes, with the boats on the lake.

I was drawn in by the wit and humour: I loved Nathan's speech at the end of S1 about how kids were designed to mess up and his generation could do it better than anyone else. It was lovely.

Yeah, S3 is on now. No spoilers but it's living up to the first two so far.

It's good to know that it hasn't run out of steam. smiley - biggrin Let me know when they start flogging the DVD and I'll get it from Amazon.

Another thing I like about the show is that it isn't set anywhere in particular. Sometimes the actual place doesn't matter too much.
