"Just felt like an example could be of use
Have a look at < A18810957 > and < <./>test18810957</.> > to get an idea behind the code .
Small warning: I made the table balanced, this involved using some non-approved GuideML. "

wow, just to say "thanks".... the memory of German officer training classifications came to me when I was thinking about a senior manager of the company I work for, who I had a fairly bruising run-in with yesterday... (not an empathetic lady by any means. The sort of boss who has a prepared script in her head and won't listen to anything that doesn't concur with what she thinks you ought to be thinking... so it's not an interview but a confession of guilt! A total yes-boss personality who is a clone-like extension of the Extremely Senior manager above her - "What Lorraine wants, Lorraine gets and I intend to make sure she gets it")Yvonne, I thought, is a classic example of Incompetent - Energetic: so bound up with getting everyone to do everything at once, that she has lost sight of what is essential, and what is merely desirible (and can afford to wait a few days)
Then I wondered where the phrase "incompetent-energetic" had come from, and I remembered about the personality types the German armed forced identified as potential officers... I decided to chase the blues away by seeing if this might become a quirky Guide submission, and within half an hour of posting I get a reply and valued help.
Thank you!
(thinks: could have an application for real-life Dungeons and Dragons: "Your half-orc Fighter is also Incompetent-Energetic, so in a fight the rest of you had beter watch whose head he tries to cut off..")

I assume "non-approvedGuide ML " is the reason the posting flags "ERROR" wheneveer I try to cut and paste the tags? There will be a way around this...

Traveller in Time on his head
"Well, for me is drawing with GuideML a hobby.
Approved and non-approved GuideML are classifications for the Edited Gudie, if you are writing an entry for < <./>Peer-Review</.> > you better leave it out as the sub-editor will remove it.
I guess the problem is in the way you copy and paste should have given some instructions.
Only copy the part between and including
<TABLE
. . .
. . .
Actally it was less then ten minutes after creation of the entry I wrote the table "
