Hi, Alec,
I'm here. Haven't been away - you must be looking in the wrong place. I haven't done a journal entry for a while because my Badger thread thearticles for 
, on top of charity fundraising and lots of other things keep me very busy.
Thank you for 'missing' me though. That's nice!
How are things with you these days? You are are beginning the hurricane season again I see. I hope you don't have too much of the rough stuff this year. You have taken a fair old battering the last few years.
We have hot sultry weather at the moment which is energy sapping, but I guess you are used to that where you are?
If you click into my Personal Space you should find my "My heart's still Thumping" thread which is about the wildlife in my garden, particularly the badgers. I should find the link for you but to me honest I am too shattered at the moment! Things are quiet with the wildlifeat the moment as I have had to cut the bird feeding a bit because of a rat visiting!!!
I have just done a long weekend of fundraising and I am truly shattered and trying to catch up with stuff. I will look forward to hearing from you, and will pop back in a couple of days when things have eased off here.
