Stock Market Analysis
My focus is primarily related to Technical analysis and stock market trading in the UK and USA stock markets. Technical analysis is the study of prices, using charts as the primary tool.
A reporter for Fortune magazine recently interviewed George Soros and gave quite a good profile into the psyche of the billionaire philanthropist. In one part he wrote:
" The upshot of Soros's theories about the financial markets is that while in ordinary times the markets undulate with the steady, sinuous waves we know from market charts, there are extraordinary periods in which the markets change rapidly and the interaction of market realities and investor's expectations creates powerful, self-reinforcing trends - bubbles and crashes. Soros likes to call those situations "far from equilibrium," a safe, scientific-sounding term for situations that for most people are frightening and puzzling."
A Physics Professor of mine often said, "Everybody knew E,M&C but only Einstein realised their true relationship and showed that E = MC2". I believe that the set of mathematical principles I now use describes and predicts these "far from equilibrium" situations (bubbles and crashes) that Soros knows and uses by intuition, trial and error. They are derived from already proven mathematic formulae - what I have done is discovered an amazing relationship between them and I want to develop these findings.
The roots of modern-day technical analysis stem from the Dow theory developed around 1900 by Charles Dow. The widely followed Dow Jones Industrial Average is a direct offspring of the Dow theory. Charles Dow's contribution to modern-day technical analysis cannot be understated. His focus on the basics of security price movement gave rise to a completely new method of analysing the markets. Technical analysis is a relatively underdeveloped skill in the UK, often misunderstood by the media and viewed with a degree of scepticism by the public, yet all the big brokerage houses use it as an essential forecasting tool (but they don't like to tell you that).
“In my experience, only a minority of technicians can consistently and accurately determine future prices….. technical analysis can be used to consistently reduce your risks and improve your profits.” Steven B Achelis, Author of the book “Technical Analysis from A to Z” as endorsed by Equis, a Reuters company. Others use the phrase “Cut your losses and let your profits run” to describe the same thing. But how can you tell when to buy, hold or sell?
Using these advanced technical analysis principles, I believe that I can become one of the few, described by Achelis, but better than that, I have developed a method to avoid “dead” stocks and avoid larges losses due to severe market corrections.
I started my quest many years ago by asking questions; Is the stock market random? When is a share or stock cheap? When is a drop in price just a blip to be ignored - or buy more, if you can afford it? When should you sell if the share reaches a particular price, as the next move is only down? Why do crashes occur? How do you tell when the price is at the bottom of its fall and it is safe to buy?
Getting to this level of proficiency has been costly, both in terms of time and finances and I could, over time, carefully increase my profits, become self-financing and negate the need for outside participation. However, my analysis is showing that the world’s stock markets have started a reversal to the rises seen during 2003. This will give an amazing revenue-generating opportunity in a relatively short space of time (circa one year) for those that can foresee and “short” the market, much like those seen in 2000 and 2002, where the volatility allowed one such trader to turn $10,000 into $1,000,000 in one year. The reason is that fear is a greater force than greed, so markets fall faster than they rise, hence the profits are bigger and quicker.
I am seeking a business partner to help me do several things in the short and long term:
1. Assist with further research and study costs
2. Increase liquidity for higher efficiency, higher return trading
3. Build a cash-rich trading business
4. Fund future data research techniques
5. Research and develop future data analysis services
6. Buy other revenue-generating businesses
I would like to initiate discussions with bona fide parties, go through a predetermined period of due diligence, including providing forecasts for both the London Stock Exchange and USA markets and then work through the terms of setting up a suitable business arrangement.
If you are interested in this type of work and have a genuine wish to set up and help fund a future partnership, let me know.
As is characteristic of the UK, people are quick to dismiss such claims without further investigation. One very senior person even said to me that he could not believe that a guy with a PC has solved the problem that many financial institutions spend billions a year trying to solve.
What people forget is that many fantastic discoveries have been made in exactly the same manner - we sometime forget the true origins of discoveries when Public Relations people re-write history.
