Rhodophyta
Hello All.
I'm a Lakers fan, in a big way. Basketball isn't quite my life, but it's the next best thing. If you ever need someone to filibuster in the US Senate, just have a congressman ask me what I think of the Eastern Conference and the current NBA play-off system. And unless you too are a baskebtall devotee, don't bring up the subject; I have stronger opinions on basketball than I do on international politics, or literature, or anything really. And strong opinions start strong arguments.
There are other things Jack Gordon you may find interesting. I'm a student of biology and physics at the University of California Berkeley, which is a really fun thing to be right now. If I had to pick one academic subject that is discovering more exciting things right now than the field of biology, it'd probably be the field of physics, and vice-versa. I love science.
Rhodophyta is a phylum of the kingdom Protista, the phylum of red algae. If you are interested in the subject, Google Rhodophyta, or better yet, look it up in Campbell's Biology.
