Scrapple Recipes!

Mo , I found a Pennsylvania Dutch site that has various recipes, including, of course, scrapple! Thought you'd find it interesting. (I haven't tried any of these, preferring instead to rely on a yearly trip back to PA for the R&R scrapple.)
Since your Quest For Scrapple has been 'scrapped', you may want to try one of these recipes. Watch the amount of cornmeal; it makes the scrapple too gritty!

Hey mumXXII
Don't know what is the matter with my manners. Thank you for the Scrapple recipes. I think though I might wait till fall and spend a couple of tanks of gas and find a restaurant that serves it up. I have a cousin and Uncle that live just outside of Philly and I am sure that they can lead me to the stuff. I'll have to leave early in the morning so that I'll have time to get back on the same day.
Sure has been quiet of late at the creaky place. Talk to you later,
Mo

Yeah, The Creaky Joint sure has been quiet....except for those of us who have dozed off and are snoring in the corner!

Hi Mo - and madmum22
Got your mail, Mo, and will answer sometime soon. Real Life is busy so I'm mainly lurking - but must take time out to write you properly.
My grandson is coming in three hours

Well, hello Tartaronne! (Look at this! Everyone is a grandparent, and I have so little hope of ever becoming one! I guess I should be grateful that I'm not the default babysitter!)
Hey Tartaronne, ever have scrapple?

Hey Madmum22, I'll be glad to loan you Midget the spiderbaby. I will guarantee in less than a week you will be glad you aren't a granny. I took him to a friend's house with the
and Bonnie. She has a cottage right off a lake. He has us chasing him down all along the docks. He made himself at home at every cottage there. Or so it seemed. The weather was gorgeous, the area peaceful and quiet, and the day was perfect, except we had the Midget.

I gotta tell you that you'll miss his being a Midget in about 10 years!
(And Mo , did I not say that I was glad that I wasn't a babysitter?! I think I got all of that out of my system while I was a teenager!)
