Hello from Mr Socks
A few recommendations stacked with (the best) personal bias: Best film ever: The Third Man (Dir: Carol Reed - that Zither soundtrack, and the shot where Orson Welles finally apears in the light!). Best Book ever: The Master & Margarita by Mikhail Bulgakov - The devil invades Moscow. Witty, scathing, imaginative, warm and totally inspiring. Best Music ever: Vaughan Williams' 5th Symphony (tell me it isn't the sound of rural England); Beatles - 'I'm So Tired' ('...and curse Sir Walter Raleigh, he was such a stupid get!' [sic]) from the wondrous 'White Album'.Conversations
