Sorry, upon reading that, I realize how trite and patronizing it appears.

I suffer from depression periodically, so, I understand somewhat the struggle to keep one's head above water.

It comes and goes, I was having a good few weeks but now my cat is sick so I am very worried about him.

Depression is so debilitating, but the 'up' times are getting more frequent so that is good news. Just have to try and ride the waves of the down times.

Glad you liked my group. I have neglected it a bit over the last couple of months as I have been so busy on this site!
