You seemed a little down in one of the other threads and as an ex-ACE I felt it my duty to pop along here.
If you wanna get something off your chest, I'm here and if you dont wanna talk to me I can point you in the right direction of just about any group here on h2g2

I'm becoming more and more aware everyday about how futile everything we do is. How meaningless (as Solomon would put it) life is. And I'm not sure if there is anything wrong with me. . . or anything that wouldn't just be beeting a dead horse. It's interesting to see that someone out there is paying attention. But for now Happy Easter (The Lord is Risen, He is Risen indeed).
As for me, I'll quote my friend Caleb and say, "where's my armageadon I orderd it like 30 minutes ago."

Yeah, everythings futile - the universe is gonna end in 6 billion years anyway, so whats the point in doing anything?
You or I will only live a century or so and we have to change our idea of whats important to fit into that...
The birds sing, the kids are playing in the park, there's an old couple sat hand in hand on the park bench eating a bag of chips. The flowers grow - they don't know what for, they just do it. The sun comes up - there's no reason for it...it just happens.
There doesn't always have to be a greater good. I know its much easier said than done - if you take a look through my journals you'll see I've been plenty depressed myself - but sometimes you need to take a step back and look again at whats important. Once you do, slowly...very slowly...things start making sense again.

Your words are very timely and I imagine if I spent more time on this website with people who have half a brain I wouldn't let my perception get so scewed. I'm very appreciative of this space that we've been given because after all the thrashing, bashing, blugenoning (sp) and death I see in a day it reminds me that even though the same thing is gonna happen tomorrow, I don't have to let it bug me. When I get a chance I'm gonna go back and read some of your stuff, as for now I'm going to try and get my 3 hours of sleep for the night before I start my 21 hour day. . . today.

It sounds like you could do with a visit to TCTSTVARWOSWDHTGOAM (or, The Campaign To Swap The Virtual And Real Worlds Over So We Dont Have To Go Online Anymore)

If I could be plugged in to a virtual existance I don't think it'd be too bad. (Just so long as I don't get chased around by Agents. Guess I'll pay a visit to TCTSTVARWOSWDHTGOAM. I could totally do away with my cable bill. It's awesome just thinking about it.
