Hey Hellbound! What is up? I have not seen you around for awhile; I hope all is OK.
I saw the Stones! How awesome they were! The 3 hour crappy local bands opening was not however.........
Take Care. Any backlash there from the New Orleans Tragedy?

Ya, I haven't been around much lately. I've been busy and distracted. I went on vacation to Minnesota in August. That was really nice.
Stones sound like fun. Sorry about the openers tho. How long were the Stones on?
No direct hurricane backlash here except the hike in gas prices. But that coulda happened anyway. Oh, and my brother's kind of freaking out cause he thinks Katrina is a final straw in the US economy and he's convinced the economy is going to collapse. He sold his stocks and now he'd buying gold and wants to sell his condo and live in a camper-truck in my parent's driveway. He listens to a lot of whack-job radio.

I laughed when I read about your brother; it sounds so unreal; but it is really pretty sad........things are pretty uncertain sometimes I guess........the gas is really high here too; 1.04/litre is good. 1.24 is average. I have no idea how the metric goes to imperial; maybe times 2.2; a lb is times 2.2 in kgs....???
I hope your brother does okay; sold all his stocks; that's pretty serious, eh?
The Stones were on about 2 hours; yeah, I know, the same amount of time I waited for them..........but hearing Mick belt out "honky tonk women" was pretty damn cool!
Well, have a great week!

Sorry I didn't see your reply here.
I don't know the conversion at all, between gallons and litres and US and Canadian dollars its screamingly confusing. I thought gas was even more expensive there cause don't they tax it higher like they do in Europe?
My brother didn't have that many stocks to start with. Afterwards he seemed to think it probably wasn't such a good idea, but he's still wants to sell his condo. He's actually really at us cause my parents won't let him live in the driveway.
Did you happen to watch any of that Rockstar: INXS show?

I hate to admit this, but I am not sure if gas is taxed here; everything else is!!!!!!!
No, I didn't catch anything but comercials for that INXS thing....I'm not sure what INXS does.........was it good?
Hope your brother gets ........Maybe he needs some chocolate.

Yeh, see that's why I assumed gas was taxed there.
I watched and liked the INXS thing, tho it got mixed reviews. They are a pop/rock band who's heyday was in the late 80's and early 90's I think. You've probably heard them. They did a lot of things I recognised but hadn't realized they'd done.
