Hi! It is a lovely page; what does maricentric mean? Why so many sad faces? I wish I could do somehting with my space; I have a hard enought time doing smiley and I forgot how to do one that winks! Maybe if I have some free time (LOL)!

Hi Morgan, Thanks for dropping by! Sorry it took me so long to get back to you. I was having a problem accessing hootoo and haven't been able to get on since Friday!

I put the sad faces up there when I thought I was being dissed but a boy who was refusing to email me. We're fine now but the sad faces stuck. It was timeconsuming to get them up there so I haven't changed them. Plus my visitors seem to like them.

Do you know about the Smiley page which gives the codes for all the smileys? Here's a link to it If you need it:

Have you used GuideML on your page or do you use straight text? If you use straight text you can use the smiley codes that appear between the "<>"s. I'll take a look at your page when I'm done with this post.

Oh, and my RL name is Mary so maricentric just refers to the fact that the my personal space revolves around me.

OK, I visited your PS (personal space) and it looks like you're using plain text. You can insert smileys into it by just typing in the smiley code where ever you want the smiley to appear in the text. The window where you edit your PS is small. You have to hit the preview button to see how it is really going to look. I have learned to edit my PS mostly thought trial and error. There are some tutorial type pages but I haven't found them to be too helpful. Your I will help you if I can but sometimes I barely understand what I'm doing myself. Your ACE can also direct you to people in the community who can help you.

I just came on to find my PS missing all together. I hate it when that happens. It seems to have returned. I'm not going to be on much today due to my schedule and the slow glitchyness of the site today but I hope you're having a good day!

Yes, a very good day actually. I really like logging on and hearing from everyone. I'm amazed how friendly this place is......
