Thanks for the offer. However, I feel inclined to decline -- and at present I shall have to anyway, since I have no facilities for taking photographs in, or converting them into, digital form, and I think the University would get upset if I used theirs for such frivolous purposes. In any case, having spent ample time explaining to people in real life that I really am several years younger than I look (one of the things I remember most about Freshers' Week was the number of people asking me, 'Are you a mature student?'), and that it's Marfan Syndrome that makes me so tall and slender, I've grown quite to like talking to people without their knowing what I look like. So... thanks for asking; maybe in a few years, but not right now.

Oh that's okay. Part of the thing about participating on this sort of site is one's anonymity, which I do respect. I have actually been very surprised at the amount of people who *do* want to have their photos in the album.
How old are you? I remember when I was 15 I looked 20 and stayed looking about 20 till I was maybe 25. But it's all been downhill since then!
Well, if you like, you can always check out the photo gallery to see how others look.

I'm glad you like the tag. It is interesting to see what these people look like.
I'm about 19-and-a-half now. I could pass for 18 at 15; I don't know whether I could have passed for 20 at that age. A lot of people now seem to think on first meeting me that I'm somewhere in my 20s; several have asked me whether I'm a mature student, and at least one person assumed I was a postgrad. I hope I'm not going to look 40 before I get close to it...

damn! my last reply to you got lost!
I asked if you were a Capricorn since they tend to look older when they are young and younger when they are old.
It seems I looked about the same age for about twenty years! When I was 40 people thought I was 30. When I was 20 they thought I was 25. But now, at age 47, I seem to have caught up with myself.
The only thing I miss about being 19 is having very slender upper arms!

I'm not quite sure what the appeal of slender upper arms is; then again, being slender all over (and male, if that has anything to do with it), I possibly wouldn't.
I'm actually a Sagittarius, so no luck there.
