Is that not what it's all about? life is too short, live it as best you can. Life can be dvivided up into so many minutes. I had pneumonia and bronchitis and ended it unable to breath, but that was just one incident in my life, let's call it a minute in my life. I went to the Open Univserity for a degree. That was another minute, then I got the education certificate on my wall, that was another. Then I completed a new cv showing my education that was another minute, the good ones far out weigh the bad, the good ones are far more in number. Mere minutes in your life.Ok you may not have felt good during the physio,. But think of the other minutes, for that was just one minute.
Hope thingsare OK. It's raining, again. A friend is coming down from Up North to visit us for the weekend. I said, I see you're bringing the northern weather you. He said, aye, lad, don't want to leave it behind.

Well i guess that you have a point there so i will just go with the flow next time, for i have had my share of minutes of illness and getting certificates aswell.
Oh everything's okey dokey now except from the last time we spoke, for my mum was rushed into hospital on the Saturday night/Sunday morning.
They thought that she had a mini stroke but it wasn't thank goodness, it was pneunomia what she had which she couldn't hardly breath.
I have had a small op on the Tuesday after she was taken to hospital, but i'm alright now which i am glad about.
Oh yeah i have a job now at the hospital where my mum and i were, i know it's only voluntary work but it gets me out the flat.
I push a trolly on the wards for the patients with all kinds of goodies on it, and i am enjoying very much.
Oh what a nice friend of yours he is if he's bringing the weather with him, tell you what i would do get yourself an umberella for i think you will need it.
Anyway you take care until we speak again.

Well it did rain and stopped us from playing badminton. But it was had a really good weekend, just sitting around chatting eating drinking and then off to a restuarant. The whole weekend was very good. Over too fast
The job you have means you are getting out and meeting people, talking to them, and if they are ill cheering them up with bright and friendly chat, so it's doing both you and the patients good.

I am glad that you had a good time eating and drinking, i am sorry that you couldn't play badminton though.
Oh the job is fantastic i am so loving it, i even have all the patients in stitches lol
I will be going the hospital soon and i can't wait, Marie my supervisor said that i am doing a good job.
I am also training up on the till now and it's a doddle, i thought that it would have been difficult aswell.
Anyway how are you i hope that i find you well.

It's really good news that you are enjoying the job and doing so well in it, and not finding it difficult.The email was to warn of a credit card fruad trick which is being used quite widely in the country.

I am so sorry for the delay getting back to you, but i have been mad busy with work, going to the meet, and being ill, all in that order.
Oh yes i am still enjoying my job very much so but at the mo i'm off ill

Yup I left at 1915, had to look after the dog I was sitting with B'Elana, Rebs wolf and Venus for a while.
Glad to hear you're still ewnjoying your job. I was rather concerned as I hadn't heard from you for a while. Thought perhaps you were another who got booted out.
I'm fine. Going on holiday soon, to the Greek Island of Zante, so looking forwrd to that.

Well it's a shame we missed each other, as there were several I would like to have met, but we seemed to by pass each other. I met one or two, but there were some I would like to have seen.But you know what it's like, you can't gfet to see everyone. So you're working in the shop that's ok, you get to meet plenty of people that way.

Very busy at work.
Pleased actually as I weighed myself and have gone down from 14 and a half to 13 and a half, so I've lost weight, which is not a bad thing. Thinking of returning to the gym. I used to go, but had so many problems with my knees I was forced into giving it up. But it costs so much to join the gym, these days,. But still, what price on fitness? That's if my knees will let me.

Well that is good news that you have lost weight, do you know how you done it so you can give me a few tips.
I use to go to the gym many many moons ago, but when my dad passed away 8 year ago everything went down hill.
I think that i might go yet again myself, for my weight is horrendous i wouldn't like to mention at all.
I hope that your knees will let you go if that's what you want, i bet that you will lose even more weight aswell.
Oh did you get the email i sent to you, i hope that you did for i sent it in the afternoon sometime.

Yup, got the email.
Lost weight by stopping drinking. Have hardly had any at all recently. That was the first thing. As I have a I do a lot of walking. That helps. Watching what you eat is another thing.
