Who am I?
Born, 17th March 1967 (02:05 GMT for those who are interested!) in Lambeth General Hospital, London. I grew up in Maidstone, Kent, United Kingdom. Schools: St Francis Infant and Junior Schools, St Simon Stock Secondary School and Maidstone Grammar School. University: First degree- University of Bath, B.Sc. (Hons) Applied Biology Ph.D. University College London Married: Katharine Louise Cotterell, on 28th August 1993 at St Nonna's Church, Altarnun, Cornwall, UK (The Cathedral on the Moor)Children : Alexander Stuart, born 25th September 1997 (03:21 EST, 08:21 BST) at the Ohio State University Medical Center, Columbus, Ohio, USA. and Megan Louise, born 12th June 2000 (07:13 BST) at the Macclesfield General District Hospital, Macclesfield, Cheshire, UK.
I am now at the University of Exeter as a Lecturer in Plant Molecular Biology.
