yay!!! its next time!! what a lovely un expected suprise!!!

did you do anything interesting since i last talked to you?

i had a friend over that i hadnt seen in a year... and my room is finished... but other than that nothing is really new here...

Yes I did... my Russian came to visit! Yaaaaay!
I've done more socialising in the last three days than in the previous three weeks combined!
Once I'm finished replying to these posts I'll write a journal entry on my weekend... you'll probably see it when you get back later.

So do you like your new room? Is it as cool as I think it is?

its great to catch up! i missed her a lot so we did a lot of waling late at night talking. the first night it was raining really hard. it was wonderful. i love to walk in the rain!!

i love my room so much! its so cool!!!
one wall is a very deep red, 2 walls are black and one has red and black stripes. the ceiling is black and i've painted a sort of starscape on it. i have a filing cabinet (red and dark purple), a table (wood), and something that i dont know waht its caled its a sort of low end table but it has doors and a shelf inside... its red and purple too. and the floor is purple. its lots of fun. but it smells very strongly of paint. so i have to keep the window open. and i've got a fiber optic lamp for it that is so neat and rather big but was only $8.00!

i cant wait for your journal entry... and i havent been kicked off yet... things are looking up!

yes thats it exactly! and the 2 doors slide so you can et in either side but they dont open out....

it was lots of hard work but it was so woth it! i cant wait to actually get a chance to spend some time in it!!!

i was going to take the pictures tonight but when i got to my room it was all very dark and i couldnt see much. so i'll take them tomorrow and then send them. that is if everything goes as planned.... sometimes i get a little distracted... but i think i'll remember.

anyway i'm sorry ihavent sent the pictures yet. my brother lost his camera and thats the only digital one we have so i need to use that one. i'll bet you almost anything that its burried under a pile of durty laundry in his room...

If you guys have a home network, or a shared computer, you could put some of the pics onto the computer to store them for later, freeing up some space to take the pictures you want... ?

yeah... we can put them on the computer... but i'm not trusted enough to download the pictures from the sacred camera... and even when i take pitures he has to be there watching...

Or perhaps you should practice the 'older sibling' routine; either take the pictures and if he complains that he wasn't there just reasonably point out that he was busy with his friend. Or if he gets on the computer while you're off taking the photos, tell him to get off again 'coz he should be entertaining his guest instead.

and it wont work becasue he'll be playing a computer game wiht his friend. and so he sort of will be entertaining his friend. and my dad will take his side, because after all i'm the evil older sister who spends /all/ of her time on the computer...
