If I remember right, one of the postings was yours, Chikispirit, didn't you get an email telling you what was wrong?

I didn't actually see that there was anything wrong with it. Leo could actually have written up an answer rather that 'yikesing' it. If you are having a conversation with someone, have a conversation with them, I don't have easy access to my e-mails. Either you speak to me here or you don't. It certainly wasn't as rude as some of the other conversations one sees on h2g2.

Actually no, we are talking about a different conversation here. He has yikes a conversation on another thread as well.

Apart from that, I think his article about sneaking food is very good.

Leo found it funny, so I'm sure she didn't yikes this, but the moderators found something. Maybe the profanity filter alerted the mods to have a look.

I am fed up with this. I have been visiting this website for more than 5 years. Have you never heard people mentioning the F" word on BBC Radio 4 and TV. I don't like to swear and I'm sure I didn't but I think you are being extremely unfair. I have been to 3 of your radio station offices about this now and I have sent goodness knows how many letters and cards to people. They never reply and they never take me seriously. I have only ever spoken to one person in Radio Devon who made any sense whatsoever and I have received one e-mail from a very nice person in Radio Cumbria. I have tried phoning the BBC and half the time they haven't heard of h2g2 and mostly I find people extremely disrespectful.
Was it the that was the problem this time?
If that is the case, then I feel sorry for whoever it was that felt it needed 'yikesing'.

Well, crisps are very fattening. Really, Chiki, don't take it personally. Especially from big corporations. Nobody ever answers you. I can't even count how many such places and people haven't responded to me - well I could, actually. At this point, two. But I'm sure the number will rise by the time I hit your age.

As far as writing for h2g2 you will discover that not very many people answer your posts, threads, whatever IT name you would like to call them.

Plump you up? No I'm not. I've just red (as in 'reading' ((not the place)) I 'dare' to keep this conversation 'politically correct' so that you won't SUE me for libel) What was all that stuff about the Scots in one of your other efforts?

Leo Posted Nov 12, 2006
You don't need to be PC, exactly. And you wouldn't be the first trying to fatten me up. Anyway, what's wrong with scots?
Sneaking Food
ChiKiSpirit Posted Nov 12, 2006
I was referring to what you had written about the Scots in one of your other articles. I didn't say there was anything wrong with "The Scots", they are no different from any other collection of people.
Generally, I like the Scots. Thankfully, more of them have mended their ways than they had a few years ago.

I have two entries that should mention scots. One on how to sew a kilt, and one on what to do when faced with death. Which do you mean?
I like Scots, maybe because I've never met one.
