You may be interested to know you can change your nickname, and the way you view H2G2 by clicking on the Preferences button.

Now that you've registered, you can not only <./>../Read</.> other entries, but can also write your own guide entries by clicking Add Entry (<./>UserEdit</.&gt. Please note that the entry, and anything else you write, must adhere to the <./>HouseRules</.>. For more information on this, look at <./>Contribute</.>.

You can now also comment on entries written by other people, and include some <./>Smilies</.> for good measure

If you need help with H2G2 click on <./>DontPanic</.> (or the "h2g2 help" button), and, as if by magic, your question will be answered.

Thanks Bob. What is this you were talking about adding to the longest thread at H2G2?

The longest conversation ever is at the bottom of "The Manifesto for the Campaign to rename Thursday, 'Thing'" at A516647, called No no no!! It's on post 53 382 and still going strong....
