Wesley Clark has entered the lists to become the Democratic Party presidential candidate in 2004, presumably to run against Bush43. He has been around Europe for some years in NATO military. Has there ever been a European buzz about him during his stay? Did he ever exhibit any signs of a personality, get in trouble with the French, talk too much at partys, that sort of thing as well as studied opinions of the opinionated classes.
