Picking up on Vix's excellent advice ...
Carry On Cowboy. Never fails
"My, you have a big one, sherriff"
"I'm from Texas, ma'am. We all got big ones down there"
he he he
(Or, musical tip, Aretha Franklin. Always works for me)

I agree!
So how did you do, BC? I'm back from holiday today and my tally currently stands at:
Projects worked on: none.
Friends caught up with: lots.
Dishes washed: minimal.
House tidied: nope.
Evenings spent drinking/socialising etc: almost all of them.
Evenings spent playing computer games: the rest of them.
Days spent sleeping in: eleven.
Days woken up by the alarm: four. (Jury duty week - I think I forgot to mention it before. )
Number of times I laughed my @$$ off: manylots.
Did I miss anything?
