Nice that i caught you then
i have twice been in the situation where i have put a deposit on a house only to lose it when my house contract fell through...both gut-wrenching times worse than work pressure
Can i help? - it has been reported that i have an excellent shoulder...snuggles or tears...your choice think it will still work over the net
Im well and happy although hormonal teenage daughter is very frustrating...apparently the opposite of harmony is hormone-y

Don't think there's a lot you can do, unless you can tell people to make up their minds whether they want to buy the house or not and to stop messing me about??? Why put an offer in, have it accepted and then a week later decide you don't want to buy after all?
People never cease to baffle me
Have been through the hormonal teenage daughter syndrome twice now so fully understand what you're suffering All I can say by way of consolation is.........it does pass......EVENTUALLY!!!
A shoulder right now would be good to sleep on..........am very very tired and can't wait to get home to bed

it wouldnt be so tough if the two females stopped baiting each other Callum and I catch each others eye and disappear to parts obscure
only thing i can think of is BANKS loan rep tells you ~sure we'll finance that~ then loan clerk does calcs and ~sorry your short~
then again some people are a couple of sandwiches short of a picnic
i know it is a killer not being the master (mistress) of your own destiny so i wont make any more trite offers
just these................

we just put a deposit on a new horse float, our previous one is too small for our clydesdale, leo (i call him mr lumpy cos he's a big lump )...dont know if you have met any clydies but they are the biggest babies and love company human as well as equine
leo always clumps down to the gate to see you although it may be just to check for carrots...you never know when there might be carrots
still hoping for rain but at least we are back to cooler temps down from 30C to 23-26C
hows school holidays? or is that another subject to avoid

We had a big lump of a horse called 'Nid' and she was half shire horse and half welsh cob! Riding her was like riding a beer barrel you were rolled around but never at too fast a rate of knots.........she only had one speed........slow
She, unfortunately, left us a few years back, at the tender age of 39, after a nasty bout of colic left her too weak to fight anymore
She's now buried in our front field
Our remaining horses, two of which are rescue ponies from a local sanctuary, have a penchant for sugar lumps, polo mints and, of course, carrots too!
The school hols are over now (yessssssssssss) it was only a short break for a week mid-term!
Glad to hear the temp is going down a bit............winter is definitely closing in over here

we lost our last gelding to colic, it was about his third episode...windstorm blew over the feed shed and he got to the green lucerne bales and pony pellets, found him on his side biting his belly then spent four days trying to dislodge the block but couldnt, we were all devastated...Annie and I cried on each others shoulder for several hours as much from release after the strian as loss of a sweet boy luckily before the kids got home and we started again
leo is a 4yr old so he rises to trot reasonable easily and loves to gallop along side Sian when she exercises Meg, usually when Sian finishes and washes and puts Meg away Leo does a big song and dance - his rocking horse impression
not long now have a lovely sleep
my shoulder is yours sweet lady
if it were me i would watch a comedy maybe four weddings as a distraction but bed is probably better if you are going to crash
end of blather

nothing much to about really - had a few viewings on the house but no other offers as yet
Got a couple coming tomorrow who've already viewed it once so, finger's crossed!!!
It was bonfire night over here yesterday, so the drive to work was laced with bangs and brilliant colours and the delightful smell of cordite and gunpowder It was like driving through a light mist with all the fumes from the fireworks!
Glad to hear you've had some rain..........will it last long do you think?

maybe fingers crossed on both sides of the world may work
Is that Guy Fawkes? Unfortunately Queensland has laws against private use of fireworks so we go to just about any firework display going. Must be fun!!
Rain and good old tropical thunderstorms are forecast to stick around for a couple of days...rain water tank is already full but more for the pastures is good
