I don't have my pc up and running at home at the moment and the work computers don't allow us access to anything other than the BBC so I can't Email or chat on msn sorry!

I'll swing by and look at it tonight when I'm back in work...........probably have plenty to whinge and moan about by then!!! Specially if we're as short-staffed as we've been this last evening

Thought it was probably better to swing by here and talk about africa rather than clogging up the willy thread

I moved out to a place called Gabon on the west coast of Africa in 1980 with my then husband to take up employment as a croupier in one of the three casinos in Libreville, the capital and possibly only city! There then passed 12 excruciating months dealing American Roulette and Blackjack in French to a population who only spoke French or Gabonese the only English speaking folks were a couple of foreign businessmen who lived there! I have to admit I couldn't wait to leave the place and we did in fact leave a month early cos I was going stir crazy

We then spent about 4 weeks back in London before flying out to Sun City in South Africa where we spent the next 3 years croupiering but in english this time I loved South africa and would go back there like a shot but possibly not to J'burg.....I'd like to live a little longer if possible! Would live in Capetown or that area if I was ever lucky enough to go back.
