That was my brother on the phone. My dad's in hospital, after he fainted in the shopping mall.

Let's start with the livingroom

The summer is over. I can feel it.
And I think I can smell it too, that crispy smell of cold air and damp leaves and wood smoke. But most of all I can feel it. The restlessness. The need to do something. Do something new. Start in a new school. Get a new job. Move into a new house.
As the summer dies, I wake up, as from a long dream.
I want to fix something, redecorate, renovate.
Let's start with the livingroom.

2 years anniversary

Saturday July 28th is my two years anniversary here at hootoo. 
(does that mean that I'm among the veterans?)

The value of a good night's sleep

I have used this weekend to catch up on my sleep. Last week was a though one. Friday night we went to a friend who'd invited us for dinner, and I almost fainted at the table, I was so tired. He was very understanding and said that I would feel better once the new moon had risen. Then I had a nap on the sofa. I don't know if it was the nap or the 
that helped..
If I don't get enough sleep, I don't dream. Or can't remember dreaming. Appart from being very tired, that's the worst part of not enough sleep.
Boy, did I have funny dreams last night!
Of course, I can't remember anything of them now, just that they were funny.
