Oh my dear Orinocco you got several giggles outa me reading your string theory and I'm recommending it to AggGagCac [ U187783 ] for inclusion in a future issue of AGG/GAG in the <./>thePost</.>.
<./>AggGag</.> is always looking for 'weird science' articles because they are the truest to the DNA model and yet the most unloved among the rigid pedants of Peer Review.
I came by here as a result of your posting at the Brit Eng thread, as you were a new name to me. But not to h2g2 judging by your distinctive 5 digit U-number. Glad you came back.
Now I'm off to check out your other articles.
peace

Hi John
Yes I've been here on & off for some time now, but hve been very irregular in the last 18 months.
Glad you liked String Theory (inspired after hearing a serious science programme on BBC Radio 4) ... hope you found Bus Stop Pontoon enjoyable too ...
Never went for fame before as Guidelines said don't try to be funny ... I just can't help being silly, though !!
Thanks for your comments and the recommendation - will be encouraged to write more

It's incredible is it not.
I keep trying to convince myself there may be some really subtle British irony in that, considering this is DNA's baby after all, but I've observed nothing but a mean-spirited literal-interpetation applied zealouly in the Peer Review process.
Let it never be said however that I am ungrateful for the freedom the powers have allowed <./>agggag</.>. Their patience with some of our early rants - during our initial subsversive phase - is commendable. And we do seem to be attracting a gathering of the less anal and more improbable folks to our ranks in a relatively harmless way.
Write on!
