Hello Amy and Shorty! It's been a while! I *still* haven't heard that Eric Whitacre piece ... but not for want of trying! My internet access was really iffy the past week, because of all the thunderstorms over here! And now it's not October anymore! But I'll still try and listen to it, sometime!
And how are you all doing at the mo?

Oh yes ... Amy, I just gave Shorty a message too under cover of the WLC!

I did download a piece of October, at last! Only a short piece though ... but it sounded good!

If you still have the music I can hear it when we come down for Thanksgiving, Mandy.

Hey Shorty! You again made it onto the 'most postings' list! I'm gonna see if I can do it, too!
Amy, when last were *you* up there?

Einauni Muznobotti Posted Nov 4, 2001
Now I'm up there! I'm third from the top in the 'most postings' list!

Super! But I'm going to beat you today! Ha ha! I would fare even better if my internet access was quicker! You're still working from the university, right? Or do you have your own computer over there?

My own computer connected to the university ethernet network... it's actually not very speedy cause *everyone's* always on...

So how long, on average, do you have to wait for a response to appear?

Shorty† (ACE, Keeper, Muse, MuG, Thingite) Posted Nov 4, 2001
I'm on the most posters list again? Oh dear...

Takes anywhere between immediate responses to 45 seconds... I guess that's fast...

Willem Posted Nov 5, 2001
Yes, that is rather fast. Over here it can sometimes take five minutes or more!
