Oh thank Goodness for that, they changed it from saying Terms and Conditions to House Rules. That makes it slightly more friendly I suppose.

The rules haven't actually changed, they are just getting inforced a lot more strictly. Anything they take away probably would have gone before the buy-out, if the editors had the time and resources to look through every post in every forum.

I'm going to quit the scouts fairly soon and I may consider leaving the site for good.
