How far north do you have to be? In the very near future (as soon as the double glazing's in)I'll be letting the cottage in North Lincs VERY cheaply. Duncan's in charge but email me at Cityu if you're interested. I'm not sure whether the addy I have for you is still valid

Sadly, yes, it does have to be Yorkshire. In theory it has to be within 10 miles of where I work, though the place I have found is actually about 12 or 14 miles away.
Might be worth seeing if any other hootizens want it though.

No - it would have to be a preRupert hootooer -someone like you that I feel I know without having met. I miss the old days.
Too overworked at present to do more than a quick overview of Ask from time to time. (Are you complainiing, mother? You're in full-time paid employment at 60+!) The younger son is getting married next year, so all possible cash needed.
Can still be found occasionally on the (very) old threads but avoid both Wolfden and the Oz witch at all costs. Life's too short for raised blood preessure. Love
