Wow. So much space...

Hi Ben,
I thought I'd drop in here because communicating via the Atelier is a bit awkward, what with the volume of chatter in there. I also thought I'd come to your space and find out a bit more about you before we meet next week. But you obviously like to be a woman of mystery! Didn't you used to have a more informative space as A Girl Called Ben?
Anyway, it's a shame you can't make the Joyce Grenfell tribute show, but never mind. I look forward to having a with you on Tuesday. How does it come about that you're in Halifax during the week, but not at weekends?

Hi Ormy
Yep - I did have a load more info when I was a girl called Ben, but I felt that I had too high a profile on the site. As my grandfather used to say 'More people know Tom Fool than Tom Fool knows'. Now I reckon folks either know me or they don't, and leave it at that.
I am contracting in Halifax, so I am staying up (just outside Leeds, actually) during the week, and going home at weekends.
Looking forward to Tuesday.

Hi Ben,
Me too! Where is 'home', if that's not too much info to reveal?

Gloucestershire! Down the M6, and a tadlet down the M5.

High noon in the doorway of Halifax station it is! I look forward to it greatly.
Could you bring the money for your ticket? It's cheaper if you book in advance (£18 if you pay on the night) and it saves a lot of queueing on match day.

Sure. It is a weeknight, isn't it? I am not around weekends as already mentioned.

Thank you, too. I really enjoyed your company.
I wandered around the shops for a while longer after you went back to w**k, and then decided that I wanted a souvenir of the day. So I went back to the 'Friendly ' shop in the Piece Hall and bought the badge that says: 'Not a morning person doesn't even begin to cover it'. That, I fear, will be all too fitting when I'm getting up at 7am to go filming next week!
If you can get away with more two hour lunches, I'd love to do that again soon. But first, of course, we have our fixture!

Hi Ormy
I may have probs with personal email tonight, but we need to organise logistics, car parking etc, for tomorrow night. You've got my mobile, and I can go to websites for maps and things. Let me know how we organise it!
