Hope all the smooching is making you feel better.
Having had a fairly hectoc couple of weeks I have not been able to sort out the photos. What address would you like me to send them to? Email me with the correct one.
I had a minor panic yesterday when my pc would not pick up one of my harddrives along with a grunting sound from it innards. As I keep all my digital photos on that particular drive I was a tad worried to say the least - saome major backing up will happen once I am back from hols next weekend.
I have bougt a sofa and chair from Emporio the sofa place on Painswick Road. Not only was it the only one that will fit through the door of the flat, I also quite like it. It is a 3 seater, a reddish colour that will only hide rose wine if spilt and comfy and nearly half price so a bargain. Many thanks for the tip! Darn I smooched!!!

Never any harm in being smooched by someone who's tall, dark, handsome and a salsa- to boot!
agirlcalledben at yahoo dot co dot uk is my general purpose hootoo addy, and photos should reach me there.
Let me know how you're doing in darkest Gloucestershire. You know that Master B and Odo are in Gloucestershire as well? We could arrange a mini-meet for one Sunday Lunchtime if I'm down in Bristol on the Saturday.
Take care, you silver toed devil you!

Bugger, having got off holiday my pc is not working at all now.
I turned it all off before going away. Came back. Turned on the power supply at the back of the pc, the power supply fan and the cpu fan both started straight away (without me pressing the main pc 'on' button on the front) about 10 seconds later the power supply turned itself off and a low buzz came from the internal speaker.
Not sure exactly what is wrong. I bought and returned a power supply from PCWorld as that did not work at all in the computer!
Hence, photos maybe a little while.

Hmmm, PC now working. Did not really do anything apart from turn the pc on at the back and then very quickly turn it on at the front!
I then spent hours trying to work out why my broadband modem was not working...until I found the other two USB ports on the back - DOH!!!!
So, all is well.

I find I tend to hyperventilate if my PC breaks for any reason. Good to have you back on line!
How was the hol? Where did you go?

Went to Keswick in the Lake District. Some good walking. Weather was OK. Broke my lovely digital camera. I dropped it while racing to the window to take a picture of a red squirrel. The lens has come off it mounting inside it. Bugger.
I also grounded the car parking by the road. Luckily, some helpful people lifted the car off the hump of dirt that it had grounded on. Soes not seem to have done any damage.
Overall very good. Discovered another supermarket chain called Booths which is a Lancashire only chain. A sort of cross between Co-op and Waitrose.
The live mussels I bought were there are the best I have ever tasted. Yum.

Sounds good apart from the digital camera damage. I must admit I've been thinking longingly about time off.
How's the house hunting?
